We have a 24-hour emergency service to all our contract clients for any assistance or problems that can or do happen. There are contact numbers available to you as the client.
If you are a non-contract client, we will respond to the emergency if required at a set fee.
Please rather call us than let the fish suffer or die!
Aquatic Concepts Life Support Systems are designed to “buy time” for emergencies and allow the livestock a better chance of survival.
“Acts of God” we cannot protect against, but Aquatic Concepts will be there for any emergency and support needed.
Please remember all telephone and on-site calls will be charged according to our standard rates.
It is important to note that Marine Aquariums are far less tolerant in emergency situations and need to be attended to as soon as the problem occurs.
