We will provide a 24-hour emergency service to all our contract clients for any assistance or problems that can or do happen. There are contact numbers available to you as the client.
If you are a non-contract client, we will respond to the emergency if required at a set fee.

Hambani Aquatica’s filtration systems are designed to “buy time” for emergencies and allow the livestock a better chance of survival.
“Acts of God” we cannot protect against, but we will be there for any emergency and support needed.
It is important to note that Marine Aquariums are far less tolerant in emergency situations and need to be attended to as soon as the problem occurs.
